Ingredients:
1 lbs Ground Lamb
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs, Panko, or Rolled Oats
2/3 cup minced Onion
2 minced cloves of Garlic
1/2 cup of fresh Parsley
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
1 Farm Egg
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
Preparation:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375. Combine all ingredients, except the vegetable oil, in a bowl. Using a spoon, or your hand, mix ingredients until well combined.
Step 2: Roll into 1 inch balls.
Step 3: Bring a pan with your vegetable oil to medium heat. Once hot, add your turkey meatballs making sure to leave space in between. Cook on each side until golden brown. Transfer meatballs to lined sheet pan.
Step 4: Bake meatballs until throughly cooked through. Internal temperature should read 165 degrees.
Step 5: Serve with fresh greens, taziki, feta, etc!
