Ingredients:
3 Farm Eggs
1/4 cup Milk
1/4-1/2 tsp Chai Masala
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Salt
Butter
Sourdough (4-6 slices)
Honey, to taste
Preparation:
Step 1: Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, chai masala, and salt to a shallow dish, wisk until well combined.
Step 2: Preheat your pan and butter over medium heat until butter is melted. While your pan is heating, soak each side of your bread slice in the egg mixture.
Step 3: Add your egg soaked bread to your heated pan and cook on each side until golden brown -- 2-3 minutes per side. Try flipping only once if you can for extra fluffy toast.
Step 4: Transfer french toast to a plate. Serve with more butter, drizzle of honey, and confectioner's sugar.
